Example Definitions of "Award Agreement"
Award Agreement. Any written agreement, contract, or other instrument or document evidencing any Award, which shall not become effective until executed or acknowledged by a Participant.
Award Agreement. Means a written agreement between the Company and a Participant that sets forth the terms, conditions and limitations applicable to an Award, to the extent that the Committee deems necessary.
