Award Agreement. A written or electronic agreement between the Company and a Participant, the form(s) of which shall be approved from time to time by the Administrator, evidencing the terms and conditions of an individual Award granted under the Plan, and includes any documents attached to or incorporated into the Award Agreement. The Award Agreement is subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.
