Award

Award. A grant of Non-statutory Stock Options or Incentive Stock Options

Award. The grant of an Option, SAR, or Restricted Stock under this Plan

Award. An award or grant made to a Participant under Sections 6 through 10, inclusive, of the Plan

Award. The cash compensation payable to a Participant pursuant to the Plan and the Participant's Award Document

Award. An award granted to a Participant pursuant to the Plan including, without limitation, an award of an Option, SAR, Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Unit, Performance Award, Cash-Based Award or Other Stock-Based Award, or any combination of the foregoing

Award. Means grants of Options, Stock Appreciation Rights, Restricted Stock, Performance Shares, or Performance Units under this Plan. "Award Agreement" means an agreement covering an Award in such form (consistent with the terms of the Plan) as shall have been approved by the Committee.

Award. Any of, and "Awards" means all of, the grants of Restricted Stock made to Participants pursuant to Section 3 of the Plan.

Award. Any Stock Option, Stock Appreciation Right, Restricted Stock Grant, Performance Grant, Stock-Based Grant, or any other right, interest or option relating to shares of Common Stock or other property (including cash) granted pursuant to the Plan

Award. The amount of the Incentive Award paid to a Participant pursuant to the Plan

Award. A Current Award or Deferred Award made by the Committee pursuant to section 6 of the Plan.
