Award

Award. Shall mean an Option or Restricted Stock granted pursuant to the Plan.

Award. Means the award of an Option, Restricted Stock, Incentive Stock or a Performance Grant under the Plan.

Award. The grant by the Committee of an Incentive Stock Option or a NonIncentive Stock Option, or any combination thereof, or grants of Stock Options made in accordance with Section 9(a) of the Plan.

Award. Means the total annual Performance Award as determined under the Plan.

Award. Means the annual performance award payable to an Eligible Employee under the Executive Incentive Plan or, subject to the approval of the Committee, the bonus payable under a plan, agreement or arrangement between an Eligible Employee and the Employer.

Award. A Regular Award or Insurance-Related Award under the Plan.

Award. Means the grant of Aptimus, Inc. restricted stock or an option to purchase Aptimus, Inc. common stock to Employee.

Award. Means any Option or Restricted Share Award, whether granted singly, in combination or in tandem, granted to a Nonemployee Director pursuant to any applicable terms, conditions and limitations as the Board may establish in order to fulfill the objectives of this Plan.

Award. Means any Option, Stock Purchase Right, Performance Awards or any combination of the foregoing granted pursuant to this Plan.

Award. A grant of Restricted Stock or Stock Appreciation Rights, or either or both of them.
