Award

Award. An Option, Deferred Stock or a Restricted Stock award, which may be awarded or granted under this Sub-Plan.

Award. Any right granted under the Plan, including a Restricted Award, a Performance Share Award or a Performance Compensation Award.

Award. Any or a combination of the following (which shall include any Final Award with respect to the following): (i) Stock Options. (ii) SARs. (iii) Restricted Stock. (iv) Unrestricted Stock. (v) Deferred Stock. (vi) Cash Performance Awards. (vii) Other Performance Awards. (viii) Grants of cash made in connection with other Awards in order to help defray in whole or in part the economic cost (including tax cost) of the Award to the Participant.

Award. Any award of shares of Common Stock or right with respect to shares described in Section 5(a)

Award. The performance share award hereby granted

Award. A grant under the Plan of an Option or other such Stock Award

Award. Any Option, Restricted Stock Award, Restricted Stock Unit, Stock Appreciation Right, Stock Bonus, Performance Award, Other Stock-Based Award or other award granted under the Plan, whether singly, in combination or in tandem, to a Participant by the Committee pursuant to such terms, conditions, restrictions and/or limitations, if any, as the Committee may establish or which are required by applicable legal requirements.
