Award

Award. Shall mean any Option (including Incentive Stock Options and Non-Qualified Stock Options, as such terms are defined in the US Sub-Plan), Share, Restricted Share, RSUs or any Other Share-based Award (including, but not limited to, Share Appreciation Rights ("SARs")).

Award. An award of cash and/or common stock of the Company that may be payable to a Participant pursuant to the terms of this Plan, with the specific amount being set forth in such Participant's Award Agreement. The Award is subject to forfeiture as set forth in Section 6. No Award shall be effective unless the corresponding Award Agreement is agreed upon in its entirety and is timely executed by the Participant.

Award. An award to a Participant with respect to a Performance Period granted under the Plan

Award. A grant of Options pursuant to the provisions of the Plan

Award. Stock options and other equity awards covering shares of Company common stock granted to Service Provider.

Award. Any award of an Option or a Stock Award under the Plan

Award. Each Nonstatutory Stock Option granted to a Participant pursuant to the Plan.

Award. An award to which a Participant may be entitled under the Plan if the performance goals for a Performance Period are satisfied. An Award may be expressed as a fixed cash amount or pursuant to a formula that is consistent with the provisions of the Plan.

Award. The grant of an Option or Restricted Share Unit, or either or both of them

Award. Any Option, Stock Appreciation Right, Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Unit, Stock Award, Other Stock-Based Award, Cash Award, Dividend Equivalent Award, or Performance Award, together with any other right or interest granted under the Plan to an Eligible Person.
