Example Definitions of "Base Salary"
Base Salary. A minimum base salary of $275,000 per year, payable in periodic installments in accordance with the Company's regular payroll practices in effect from time to time. Executive's Base Salary shall be subject to annual reviews, and may increase pursuant to such reviews, in which case the increased annual Base Salary shall become the "Base Salary."
Base Salary. The Executive's annual base salary as then in effect, and shall include all amounts of his base salary that are deferred at the election of the Executive under the qualified and non-qualified employee benefit plans of the Company or any other agreement or arrangement
Base Salary. Of a Participant for a Plan Year, means the base salary, including all regular basic wages before reduction for any amounts deferred on a tax-qualified or nonqualified basis, payable in cash to the Participant for services rendered to an Employer during the Plan Year. Base Salary shall exclude bonuses, incentive compensation, special fees or awards, allowances, or any other form of premium or incentive pay, or amounts designated by an Employer as payment toward or reimbursement of expenses.
