Example Definitions of "Base Salary"
Base Salary. The Participant's base annual salary as of the effective date of the Participant's termination of employment (the "Termination Date"), excluding shift premiums, overtime, bonuses (including, but not limited to retention and incentive bonuses), commissions, other special payments or any other allowance, divided by fifty-two (52).
Base Salary. Shall mean the annual base salary of Three Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($325,000) payable by the Company to the Executive as of the date of this Agreement, such Base Salary being subject to increase at the discretion of the Board
Base Salary. Means, with respect to a Participant, the regular annual salary paid in a Year for services rendered without including any bonus (paid under this Plan or otherwise) or severance pay.
Base Salary. Means the Executive's annual rate of salary or wages, including any amounts deferred at the election of the Executive, in effect as of the date immediately prior to the Change in Control.

Base Salary. Shall mean a Participant's annual base salary on the Effective Date. The annual base salary for full-time hourly-paid Participants shall be their hourly wage rate multiplied by 2,080 hours. The annual base salary for part-time hourly-paid Participants shall be their hourly base wage rate multiplied by either their hours worked per week during the 52 week period which ends on their Termination Date or 2,080 hours, whichever is less. 1 2
Base Salary. Shall mean a Key Employee's annual rate of base salary in effect on the later of (i) January 1, 2002 and (ii) the date as of which such Key Employee commenced his or her employment with the Company Group.
