Example Definitions of "Base Salary"
Base Salary. Shall mean the annual base salary paid to the Executive pursuant to Section 5.1 of this Agreement.
Base Salary. Shall mean the Executive's regular annual salary (before payment of any bonuses or incentive pay and before any salary deferral), commonly referred to as the "Guaranteed" component of an executive's salary.
Base Salary. Means the Executive's then current base salary as adjusted from time to time.
Base Salary. Means the Executive's annualized base salary as adjusted from time to time. For clarification, Base Salary does not include expenses reimbursed to Executive in connection with his relocation upon hiring by the Company.

Base Salary. Your annual base salary from the Company or an Affiliate at the rate in effect immediately prior to a Change in Control or at the time Notice of Termination is given, whichever is greater.
