Beneficial Ownership

Beneficial Ownership. Means a Person who is deemed to have beneficial ownership of the Company's securities, as determined under Rule 13d-3 under the Exchange Act or any successor rule or regulation thereto.

Beneficial Ownership. And "Beneficially Own" shall be determined in accordance with Rules 13d-3 and 13d-5 under the Exchange Act.

Beneficial Ownership. Ownership of Equity Shares by a person who would be treated as an owner of such shares either directly or indirectly through the application of Section 544 of the Code, as modified by Section 856(h)(1)(B) of the Code. The terms "Beneficial Owner," "Beneficially Owns" and "Beneficially Owned" shall have correlative meanings.

Beneficial Ownership. Shall have the meaning given to such term in Rule 13d-3 under the Exchange Act

Beneficial Ownership. Having "beneficial ownership" of such securities, as determined pursuant to Rule 13d-3 under the Exchange Act, without duplicative counting of the same securities by the same holder
