Beneficial Ownership. (and related terms such as "beneficially owned" or "beneficial owner") has the meaning set forth in Rule 13d-3 under the Exchange Act.
Beneficial Ownership. The meaning ascribed to such term in Rule 13d-3 promulgated under the Exchange Act. The terms "Beneficial Owner" and "Beneficially Own" shall have corresponding meanings
