Beneficiary

Example Definitions of "Beneficiary"
Beneficiary. Means the persons or entities designated or deemed designated by Executive pursuant to Section 15.2 herein.
Beneficiary. The term "Beneficiary" shall mean a person who is designated by a Participant to receive benefits payable upon his death pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.
Beneficiary. Shall mean the persons or entities designated by the Participant in the form and manner acceptable to the Committee.
