Borrower. UNITED STATES PHARMACEUTICAL GROUP, L.L.C d/b/a NATIONSHEALTH, a Delaware limited liability company, NATIONSHEALTH HOLDINGS, L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company and NATIONSHEALTH, INC. f/k/a MILLSTREAM ACQUISITION CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (jointly and severally, "Borrower")

Borrower. Shall have the meaning given to such term in the first paragraph of this Note.

Borrower. The term "Borrower" shall mean and refer to the THOMAS WEISEL PARTNERS GROUP LLC, whose address is One Montgomery Street, Suite 3700, San Francisco, California 94104.
