Borrower

Borrower. Has the meaning ascribed to such term in the first paragraph of this Secured Note.

Borrower. Means the owner of the Collateral.

Borrower. As such term is defined in the Credit Agreement

Borrower. MERITAGE HOSPITALITY GROUP INC., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Michigan, whose chief executive office or residence is located at 1971 East Beltline Avenue, NE, Suite 200, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49525.

Borrower. In Sections 4, 5, 6 and 9 hereof shall be deemed to include any affiliate or subsidiary of the Borrower.

Borrower. Shall mean Our Foods Products Group, Inc. (formerly known as Hamlin Food Products Group, Inc.).

Borrower. Borrower shall constitute a "Borrower" for purposes of and as defined in the Loan Agreement and all other Loan Documents.

Borrower. Means Borrower, Borrower as a debtor-in-possession, and any receiver, trustee, liquidator, conservator, custodian, or similar party appointed for Borrower or for all or substantially all of Borrower's assets under any Debtor Relief Law.

Borrower. Burger Time Acquisition Corporation, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, whose mailing address is 13828 Lincoln Street NE, Ham Lake, Minnesota 55304.

Borrower. Shall have the respective meanings set forth in the recitals hereto.
