Borrower. 830 WINTER STREET LLC

Borrower. Shall have the meanings indicated above.

Borrower. Means Syntroleum Corporation, a Delaware corporation, and includes any corporation or other entity which shall succeed to or assume the obligations of the Borrower under this Note.
