Budget
Budget. The initial budget to be delivered to Agent and Lenders in accordance with Section 5 of Amendment No. 1, approved by FTI Consulting, Inc. and in form and substance satisfactory to Agent, setting forth the Projected Information for the periods covered thereby, together with any subsequent or amended budget(s) thereto delivered to Agent and Lenders, in form and substance satisfactory to Agent, in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.
