Example Definitions of "Business Day"
Business Day. Any calendar day other than a Saturday, Sunday or any official holiday in the Netherlands.
Business Day. Monday through Friday excluding any national, legal or bank holiday in the United States of America or as established by the federal government of the United States of America. If any time period set forth in this Agreement expires upon a Saturday, Sunday or U.S. national, legal or bank holiday, such period shall be extended to and through the next succeeding Business Day.
