Example Definitions of "Business Day"
Business Day. Any day other than a Saturday or a Sunday or a day on which commercial banking institutions in the City of New York are authorized by law to be closed. Any reference to "days" (unless Business Days are specified) shall mean calendar days. In any circumstance where a date of determination under this Warrant falls on a date that is not a Business Day, it shall be deemed to be the next Business Day.
