Example Definitions of "Business Day"
Business Day. Any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or any other day on which banking institutions and trust companies in New York, New York and Cincinnati, Ohio are permitted or required by any applicable law to close.
Business Day. Shall mean any day on which banks located in New York, New York and Hong Kong are not required or authorized by law to remain closed.
