Business. Means the business of delivery of services to the frail and elderly population through the operation of PACE Programs and any other business conducted by the Company or any of its Affiliates as of the relevant date.

Business. The business of (i) developing, acquiring, managing, producing, marketing, providing and selling titanium ore and titanium dioxide and (ii) mining and beneficiating mineral sands.
