Business. Means the Business as conducted by the Employer and its Affiliates on the date hereof being the ownership and operation of retail stores in Canada selling a variety of merchandise, as well as any business of the Employer and its Affiliates at any time during the employment of the Executive and at the time of termination of the Executive’s employment.
