Capital Expenditures. All expenditures for or contracts for any fixed or capital assets or improvements, or for replacements, substitutions or additions thereto, which have a useful life of more than one (1) year, including, but not limited to, the direct or indirect acquisition of such assets by way of offset items or otherwise and shall include the principal amount of capitalized lease payments.
