Capitalized Terms. Used but not otherwise defined elsewhere in this Agreement shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in Section 11 hereof

Capitalized Terms. Used but not defined in this Amendment shall have their respective meanings ascribed to them in the Existing Agreement

Capitalized Terms. Used herein and not otherwise defined in the text below will have the meanings ascribed thereto on Annex 1

Capitalized Terms. Used herein and not specifically defined shall have the same meaning as in the Lease

Capitalized Terms. Used in this Amendment (including capitalized terms used in the Recitals) that are not otherwise defined herein have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the Loan Agreement.
