Capitalized Terms

Capitalized Terms. Terms that are used herein but not otherwise defined herein have the meanings given to such terms in the applicable Loan Documents

Capitalized Terms. Used herein without definition are used as defined in the Purchase Agreement, and to the extent not defined therein, as defined in the UCC have the meanings given to them in the UCC (such meanings to be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of the terms defined)

Capitalized Terms. Used herein unless otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Credit Agreement as amended by this Amendment.

Capitalized Terms. Used in this Grant Agreement but not otherwise defined shall have the meanings set forth in the SVMK Inc. 2011 Equity Incentive Plan (the "Plan")

Capitalized Terms. Used but not defined herein (including in the introductory paragraph hereof and the recitals hereto) shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Amended ABL Credit Agreement (for such purpose, as if the First Amendment Effective Date and the Second Amendment Effective Date had both occurred)
