Capitalized Terms

Capitalized Terms. Used and not otherwise defined in this Second Amendment shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Agreement.

Capitalized Terms. Used in this Side Letter shall have the meanings set forth in the Agreement, unless otherwise defined hereunder.

Capitalized Terms. Used in this MLA and not defined herein are defined in the attached Terms and Conditions or Statement of Work.

Capitalized Terms. Used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the Equity Distribution Agreement.

Capitalized Terms. Used in this Second Amendment and not otherwise defined are used herein as defined in the Credit Agreement (as amended hereby)

Capitalized Terms. Terms used herein without definition shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Plan, as in effect on the Date of Grant. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following capitalized terms shall have the following definitions for purposes of this Award Agreement:
