Capitalized Terms

Capitalized Terms. Used in this Fourth Amendment without definition shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Agreement.

Capitalized Terms. Used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Credit Agreement, and the following terms which are defined in the Uniform Commercial Code in effect from time to time in the State of New York except as such terms may be used in connection with the perfection of the Collateral and then the applicable jurisdiction with respect to such affected Collateral shall apply (the "UCC")
