Capitalized Terms

Capitalized Terms. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Existing Agreement.

Capitalized Terms. Used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the Line of Credit Agreement.

Capitalized Terms. Capitalized terms used in this Agreement that are not defined herein have the meanings assigned to those terms in the Third Restated Note.

Used and not otherwise defined herein shall have their respective meanings as defined in that certain Stock Purchase Agreement, dated as of December 5, 2004, by and among the Company, Harvest Partners, Inc., as the Sellers' Representative, each of the Sellers named therein, and each Investcorp Entity, as the Purchasers.

Capitalized Terms. Used in this Amendment but not defined in this Amendment have the meaning given them in the Separation Agreement.
