Capitalized Terms

Capitalized Terms. Except to the extent otherwise specified herein, capitalized terms used in this Modification shall have the same meanings specified in the Agreement.

Capitalized Terms. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings set forth in Appendix A to the Participation Agreement and the rules of construction set forth therein shall apply to this Amendment.

Capitalized Terms. Used and not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Five-Year Credit Agreement, as amended hereby.
