Capitalized Terms. Not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Contribution Agreement

Capitalized Terms. A term with its initial letter or initial letters capitalized that is used but not defined in this First Amendment (including the Recitals) has the meaning assigned to it in the Note and Warrant Purchase Agreement (as amended by this First Amendment).
