Capitalized Terms

Capitalized Terms. That are not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.

Capitalized Terms. Used but not defined herein shall have the same meaning as in the Agreements.

Capitalized Terms. Used but not otherwise defined in this Amendment shall have the meanings given to them in the Note.

Capitalized Terms. Used in this Fourth Amendment shall have the meanings set forth in the Purchase Agreement, except as otherwise defined herein.

Capitalized Terms. Defined in the Note and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings provided for in the Note.

Capitalized Terms. Used in this Appendix that are defined in the Plan Document have the meanings given in the Plan Document

Used herein, and not otherwise defined, and abbreviations, shall have the same meaning as in the employment agreement between the parties dated June 1, 2011 as modified by memorandum dated June 23, 2011 (the "Agreement") and this contract is referred to herein as "this Amendment".
