Capitalized Terms. Used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given in Exhibit 1 hereto

Capitalized Terms. Used herein without definition have the meanings ascribed to them in the Amended and Restated Sale and Servicing Agreement (the "Sale and Servicing Agreement"), dated as of January 19, 2007, by and among the Issuer, the Depositor, the Servicer, the Loan Originators and the Indenture Trustee.
