Cause. Means: (i) The Executive's commitment of gross negligence that is materially detrimental to any member of the Company Group; (ii) The Executive's plea of guilty or nolo contendere to, or conviction of, (A) a felony or (B) a lesser crime which involves a breach of fiduciary duty owed to any member of the Company Group; (iii) The willful and continued failure by the Executive to perform the Executive's duties of Executive's position (other than any such failure resulting from the Executive's...
