Certificate of Incorporation. The Company's Second Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation, as the same may be amended or restated from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof

Certificate of Incorporation. Means the Second Amended and Restated of Incorporation of the Corporation, as amended.

Certificate of Incorporation. Means the Fourth Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, as amended, as in effect on the date hereof.

Certificate of Incorporation. Means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company in effect on the date hereof, and as may be amended, restated, modified or amended and restated, from time to time.
