Example Definitions of "Certificate of Incorporation"
Certificate of Incorporation. Means the Certificate of Incorporation of the Company and Certificate of Designation of the Company, as amended, as in effect on the date hereof.
Certificate of Incorporation. Means the certificate of incorporation, articles of incorporation or other charter document (howsoever denominated) of the Company, as amended to date.
