Claim

Claim. Claim. Means any claim, liability, loss, demand, damages, lien, cause of action of any kind, obligation, costs, royalty, fees, assessments, penalties, fines, judgment, interest and award (including recoverable legal counsel fees and costs of litigation of the party asserting the Claim), whether arising by law, contract, tort, voluntary settlement or otherwise.
