Claim

Claim. Means, except as stated below, any threatened, pending or completed action, demand, suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal, administrative, arbitrative, investigative or other and whether formal or informal, including but not limited to any investigation, inquiry, hearing or alternative dispute resolution process.

Claim. Shall mean a claim made by the Buyer against the Seller under this Agreement.
