Closing Date

Closing Date. On or about March 24, 2014

Closing Date. April 30, 2014 or such other date as the Corporation and the Purchaser may agree

Closing Date. Means ten (10) Business Days from the date of this Agreement or such other date as Buyer and Seller may mutually agree.
