Closing Date
Closing Date. December 2, 2014 (the "Scheduled Closing Date"); subject, however, to extension pursuant to Section 8(d); provided that in no event shall the Closing Date occur later than December 31, 2014.
Closing Date. The date that is the later to occur of either (a) ten (10) days after the end of the Scheduled Contingency Expiration Date, or (b) August 29, 2014.
