Closing Date

Closing Date. Means [ ], 2023.

Closing Date. The closing date of the Business Combination and has the meaning set forth in Section 2.03 of the Merger Agreement

Closing Date. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement and Plan of Merger dated July 20, 2022 between the Company, Larkspur Merger Sub Inc. and Zyversa Therapeutics, Inc.

Closing Date. Shall mean either the Initial Closing Date or Second Closing Date, as applicable.
