Closing Date

Closing Date. The date on which Purchaser shall transfer title to the Patents (as defined below) and Subject Technology (as defined below) to Purchaser.

Closing Date. The day which is one (1) business day after the expiration of the Inspection Period

Closing Date. The meaning set forth in §2(b) below.

Closing Date. The date on which the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement takes place, which shall be no later than the third (3rd) Business Day after the expiration or termination of any waiting period under the HSR Act applicable to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement

Closing Date. December 29, 2015, for purposes of this Second Supplement.
