Example Definitions of "Cobra"
Cobra. Part 6 of Title I of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended, and Section 4980B of the Code, and the rules and regulations promulgated under any of them.
Cobra. Shall mean Part 6 of Title I of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended, and Section 4980B of the Code, and the rules and regulations promulgated under any either of them.

Cobra. Means the requirements of ERISA sections 601 through 608 and Code section 4980B and of any similar state law.
Cobra. Means the Consolidated Budget Omnibus Reconciliation Act of 1985, as amended.
Cobra. Means the benefit continuation provisions under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1986. For purposes of this Agreement, COBRA is deemed to include the group term life insurance continuation requirements under Minnesota law.
Cobra. Means, collectively, Section 4980B of the Code (as well as its predecessor provision, Section 162(k) of the Code) and Sections 601 through 608, inclusive, of ERISA.
Cobra. Shall mean the party identified in the introductory paragraph on page 1 of this Agreement.
