Example Definitions of "Cobra"
Cobra. The Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985, as amended from time to time ("COBRA") and the Texas health care continuation laws for the maximum period required under applicable law.
Cobra. Shall mean the federal law with respect to continuation of health coverage created under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985, as amended from time to time.
Cobra. Shall mean Part 6 of Subtitle B of Title I of ERISA or Section 4980B of the Code and any similar state law.
