Example Definitions of "Code"
Code. Means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. 23 25
Code. Shall mean the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware, as the same exists or may hereafter be amended or interpreted; provided, however, that in the case of any such amendment or interpretation, only to the extent that such amendment or interpretation permits the Company to provide indemnification rights that are no less broad than were permitted prior thereto to the extent not otherwise prohibited by such amendment. 2
Code. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted and in effect in the State of Colorado from time to time.
