Code. The Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended or any subsequent legislative enactment thereof, as amended, and in effect from time to time, including any rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.

Code. Shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code of New York as the same may be in effect from time to time, or any comparable law in the relevant jurisdiction regarding secured transactions, and the granting of security interests.
