Example Definitions of "Collateral Account"
Collateral Account. Any Deposit Account, Securities Account, or Commodity Account.
Collateral Account. Shall have the meaning provided in the Lockbox Agreement
Collateral Account. Any account established to hold money Proceeds, maintained under the sole dominion and control of the Administrative Agent, subject to withdrawal by the Administrative Agent for the account of the Lenders as provided in Section 8(a) hereof.
Collateral Account. Any securities account entered into pursuant to a control agreement such that Secured Party has "control" of all proceeds and other financial assets credited thereto under Article 8 and Article 9 of the Code, and that satisfies all other requirements of this Pledge Agreement.
