Collateral Account

Collateral Account. Any account established to hold money Proceeds, maintained under the sole dominion and control of the Administrative Agent, subject to withdrawal by the Administrative Agent for the account of the Lenders as provided in Section 8(a) hereof.

Collateral Account. Any securities account entered into pursuant to a control agreement such that Secured Party has "control" of all proceeds and other financial assets credited thereto under Article 8 and Article 9 of the Code, and that satisfies all other requirements of this Pledge Agreement.

Collateral Account. Shall have the meaning provided in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

Collateral Account. Means any account established to hold money proceeds, maintained under the sole dominion and control of the Agent, subject to withdrawal by the Agent for the account of the Secured Parties only as provided in Section 12(b).

Collateral Account. The Controlled Accounts or any collateral account established by the Secured Party as provided in Section 4(d) or Section 8 of this Security Agreement.

Collateral Account. Any Deposit Account, Securities Account, or Commodity Account, or any other bank account maintained by Borrower or any Subsidiary at any time.

Collateral Account. Shall mean any collateral account established by the Collateral Agent as provided in Section 5.1 or Section 5.3.
