Example Definitions of "Collateral"
Collateral. Means all property of Borrower in which Lender has a lien, security interest or collateral assignment pursuant to the terms of this Agreement or any other Loan Document.
Collateral. Shall mean (i) all tangible and intangible assets of the Borrower, including, without limitation, cash, the Accounts, Chattel Paper, Deposit Accounts, Documents, Equipment, Fixtures, General Intangibles, Instruments, Intellectual Property, Inventory, Investment Property (other than Borrower's shares of common stock of Sharecare, Inc.), Commercial Tort Claims and (ii) Proceeds of each of them.
Collateral. Any and all properties, rights and assets of Grantor described on Exhibit B.

Collateral. All of Borrower's United States accounts receivables pursuant to Section 5 of the Letter Agreement, the German Receivables (as defined in the Letter Agreement) and all proceeds thereunder.

Collateral. All property or rights in which a security interest, mortgage, lien or other encumbrance for the benefit of the Banks and the Lender is or has been granted or arises or has arisen, under or in connection with the Notes, the Senior Credit Agreement, the other Senior Credit Documents, or otherwise.

(b) all inventory from any source or supplier; (c) all contract rights (including all property, casualty, and life insurance contracts owned by Borrower) and other rights and privileges of Borrower under any and all leases and other contracts between Borrower and any third party; (d) all equipment, including, but not limited to, machinery, motor vehicles, furniture and furnishings, and office equipment; (e) all cash on hand and in bank accounts, marketable securities, certificates of deposit and similar items; and (f) without limiting the generality of the foregoing, to the extent related to all or any part of the other Collateral, all books, correspondence, credit files, records, invoices, tapes, cards, computer runs and other papers and documents in the possession or under the control of Borrower or any computer bureau or service company from time to time acting for Borrower.
