Collateral

Collateral. Has the meaning set forth in Paragraph 4 hereof.

Collateral. Means all right, title and interest of Pledgor in all of the property and assets pledged to Holder by Pledgor as collateral pursuant to the NM Mortgage, including, without limitation, the Real Property Assets and all Proceeds of any and all of the foregoing, in each case, whether now existing or hereafter arising or created and whether now owned or hereafter acquired.

Collateral. Cash of the Borrower deposited in one or more deposit accounts at the Bank, and any certificate of deposit or other instrument in which such funds are invested.

Collateral. Means the collateral in which Borrower has given Lender a security interest pursuant to the Security Instruments described in Schedule 4.2, and any other instrument given to Lender to secure the Indebtedness and/or this Agreement. All Indebtedness and Obligations shall be cross-defaulted and cross-collateralized as provided herein.

Means any and all assets and properties (real, personal or mixed) of Debtor (or either of them), whether now owned or hereafter acquired, including, without limitation, (i) all replacements, substitutions and additions thereto, and the accounts, notes and any other proceeds therefrom, and (ii) the Company's entire equity interest in (A) Eastern Consolidated, (B) Eastern Consolidated Oil and Gas, Inc., a Kentucky corporation, and (C) CEI Holdings, Inc., a Nevada corporation.

Collateral. Any and all property from time to time subject to security interests to secure payment or performance of the Senior Obligations or the Subordinated Obligations including all "Collateral" as defined in the Senior Security Agreements and the Subordinated Security Agreements.

Collateral. Shall mean (i) all of Borrower's "Accounts", "Chattel Paper", "Deposit Accounts", "Documents", "Equipment", "General Intangibles", "Instruments", "Inventory", "Cash Security", "Investment Property", "Receivables" and "Proceeds" (all as defined herein); (ii) all proceeds including, without limitation, proceeds of any insurance policies, and all products of all of Borrower's Equipment, Cash Security, Accounts, Chattel Paper, Deposit Accounts, Documents, General Intangibles, Instruments,... Collateral. Shall mean all "Collateral" (or similar defined term) under, and as defined in, the US Security Agreement and each US Pledge Agreement but, in any event, for the purposes of this Agreement, the term "Collateral" shall specifically exclude Additional Senior Secured Notes Excluded Collateral.
