Collateral

Collateral. Means all property which is, or may in the future be, subject to the lien granted to the Lender by the Security Documents.

Collateral. Collateral. Means any collateral now or in the future securing the Obligations, including but not limited to claims against any guarantors of the Obligations and any collateral securing such guarantees.
