Example Definitions of "Collateral"
Collateral. Means all property which is, or may in the future be, subject to the lien granted to the Lender by the Security Documents.
Collateral. The 150,000 shares of the common stock of Red Robin evidenced by certificate No. 154 and all additions thereto and substitutions therefor and all cash proceeds thereof in excess of any taxes payable by Snyder thereon.

Collateral.
