Commencement Date

Commencement Date. Shall mean the date of Substantial Completion. Landlord and Tenant shall confirm the Commencement Date, Expiration Date and Term in writing (in the form of Exhibit "C" attached hereto) immediately upon the determination thereof.

Commencement Date. Commencement Date. The Bank agrees to engage Executive, and Executive agrees to provide services to the Bank, on the terms and conditions set forth herein, for a period of three (3) years commencing on July 28, 2006 (hereinafter the "Commencement Date") and expiring at the conclusion of September 30, 2009 (the "Term") subject to renewal by the Board of Directors, from year-to-year for up to two (2) additional years, unless Executive resigns prior to that time or is sooner terminated as, hereinafter set forth.

Commencement Date. Shall mean the date on which ERS receives a copy of the Operating Permit for the Laboratory, as defined in, and in accordance with, Section 5.1.
