Commencement Date. Date that the Agents commence solicitation of purchases of Shares hereunder, such date will be the date hereof unless otherwise agreed by the Company and the Agents
Commencement Date. The Commencement Date of this Lease shall be the date which is the later of (a) December 1, 2007, and (b) forty-five (45) days from the date that Landlord delivers possession of the Premises to Tenant.
