Commercially Reasonable Efforts

Example Definitions of "Commercially Reasonable Efforts"
Commercially Reasonable Efforts. Means, with regard to the development of a Licensed Product, either (a) achievement of any of the diligence events in accordance with Section 3.1(b)(i) of this Agreement, or (b) the expenditure of the annual Minimum Spend in accordance with Section 3.1(b)(ii) of this Agreement.
